• You may NOT have had a ticket dismissed within the previous twelve months
• You may NOT have been cited for driving 25 mph or more over the posted speed limit
• You can NOT possess a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• You submit the certificate of completion to the course within 90 days once permission to take the course is granted
